Development of the World History Explorers Network concept and the associated technical work was carried out by Peter Strobach over the last several years while he was a study group moderator at The McGill Community for Lifelong Learning (MCLL) in Montreal. ​He is part of the Canadian not-for-profit, When & Where History Resources Inc., dedicated to supporting and operating this Network.
